Interview Reflection

There’s not much I would change about our interview but if I were to conduct it again, I would create a larger list of questions to ask. Our interview ran a few minutes short so by adding a couple more questions we could’ve reached a more ideal time. My favorite part of the interview process was probably the interview itself. I enjoyed listening to Ms. Joyce speak about her experiences during hurricane Harvey. The advice I would give to any future students conducting the same project is to make sure that their questions are well written and prepared ahead of time like ours were.

I think our group worked productively and I would want it to go as smoothly with future projects as well. I think splitting the work evenly and preparing ahead of time is a good way to  ensure everything will go as planned. I could challenge myself in future group projects by taking more initiative with planning and preparation. I didn’t find working in a group to be too difficult. We split up the work and ended up working separately on our own sections until the interview.
